Overview[]
Magnan Domitius Gracchi is a TOG Overlord appointed by Caesar Julianus. He gained notoriety with his order to Buntarize the world of Trothas IV; even before that, he had already earned the Galatin moniker Carnifex, "the Butcher". Overlord Gracchi was in charge of the integration of the Gaelic Confederation into the Empire. In doing so, he sparked a revolt by the Gaelic Battleship Squadron under Fleet Captain Kendric Fraser that tied up a large part of TOG´s starship forces in the district and delayed a major offensive against the Commonwealth.
Gracchi was severely reprimanded by the Caesar for failing to bring the Renegade Gaelic Squadron to heel, and threatened with weeks of slow torture if he should fail a second time. When the Gaels made it to the safety of the Commonwealth, Gracchi fled with his personal guard aboard a Cingulum corvette in the confusion of the four-way naval battle between KessRith, Commonwealth and TOG fleets and the Gaelic Squadron.
He is presumably currently hiding in exile, fearing both the wrath of Caesar and nurturing revenge against the rebel Fraser who brought about his fall from Caesar´s grace.
